I found my voice & i wanted to use to help others know they are not alone & to open up the conversation about mental health, normalizing talking about the hard topics and knowing that you are not the only one out there who is struggling or has been through struggles of their own. I would like to help people have a better understanding of mental health & educate people on how to help when someone reaches out and asks for help.
